2. What is the process for using this insurance?
✔ Select Safe-Size Insurance when placing your order for added peace of mind.
✔ If the size of your order is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods at support@fishingamz.com. Kindly include photos of the shirts with measurements (using a tape measure or ruler) and a clear explanation of the fit issue (e.g., too tight, loose, long, or short). We will be happy to resend the item in the correct size. Claims related to size insurance will not be accepted after 30 days.

3. Terms and Conditions
FishingAmz's Safe-Size Insurance is a policy designed to protect you against sizing issues for one item in your order. This insurance is available for an additional $3 at checkout and applies only to one piece of clothing. Even if you purchase multiple items in your order, each insurance policy only covers one item. You must select this insurance when placing your order, and it is valid only for that transaction. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to the Safe-Size Insurance.
If you do not select Safe-Size Insurance, you forfeit the right to request a reprint of your clothing if the item doesn't fit due to a wrong size choice. Safe-Size Insurance provides greater protection than your standard legal rights.
✔ You can use Safe-Size Insurance for any apparel order from FishingAmz if you choose the wrong size. However, this insurance only applies to one item in the order, not all items if there are multiple products.
✔ To use Safe-Size Insurance, please notify FishingAmz within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Specify which item is incorrect, and we will reprint it for you. It is important that you provide verification photos along with a clear explanation of the fit issue, such as whether the item is too long or short, tight or loose. Additionally, please send a photo showing the measurements of the item so we can process it quickly. After 30 days, we will no longer accept any claims related to size insurance.
✔ Please note that we cannot change the fabric type, color, or style of your order. You will not be responsible for shipping costs for standard delivery until the products are sent to you.
