Largemouth Bass 

The Largemouth Bass is the most popular freshwater game fish in the US and it is right in Arizona state. This fish is the largest species in the Black Bass family and have great tasting

Anglers know that whenever they hook, there is at least one Largemouth Bass caught in their line at Lake Havasu. Parts of Havasu usually warm up before the rest of Arizona and it offers a great early spring spawning action in the lake.  Be patient and wait, you will see Largemouth Bass from the clear Lake Havasu water. 

Striped Bass 

This fish makes for great table fare. They are more active and aggressive in the morning and evening. 

Lake Havasu produces some big Striped Bass and provides great Striper fishing throughout the year. They are often found in the cooler and deeper sections of Lake Havasu during the summer months. 

Some anglers like to fish Striped Bass at night when the fish are more active. 

October and November are good time for fishing, they feed to prepare for the colder in the end of year. Lake Havasu Stripers may be found in shallow to mid depth water this time of year. 

There is also good fishing for Channel Catfish, Flathead Catfish, Sunfish. There are tons of Carp, Black Crappie and Bluegill.
