Can I add other items to my order once I place it?

Once we receive your order, we always work hard to process it to get it to you quickly, so we can't add another product to your order after it's been placed. You can place a new order for any additional products you want.

Can I purchase items as gifts and have them shipped directly to the recipient's address?

Of course, yes, you just need to fill out the recipient’s address at the check-out process.

How and when will I receive order confirmation and shipping information?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. After you have placed your order, you will be received a confirmation email with order information. Once it is fulfilled and shipped, we will email you with a tracking number.


After placing my order, how long will it take to receive my package?

This is a Made to Order Item. Each stage of making any product is completely assembled and finished by hand for your order! These processes start as soon as 24 hours from when your order is placed and may have a processing time of 2-5 business days before shipping.

Can I receive a refund if I receive a damaged item?

Yes, we are striving to do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, you may receive damaged, poorly printed, or incorrect products. Thankfully, it is quite unusual! However, if that is the case, we guarantee to satisfy all of our customers by offering free replacement orders or refunds for the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect item, poor print quality, or damaged area of the item. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer service team immediately with your photos, and videos of the products, we will assist as quickly as possible.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or refunded?

POD products that have your name printed on them will not be returnable, because the product is made for you personally. If there is something wrong with the product or print quality, please contact us for assistance.
